Upon your final payment for a completed project, the copyright for your design is transferred to you. While we maintain the personal right to utilise completed projects and artwork for our marketing efforts, the brand assets and design become yours exclusively.
10. Do you offer ongoing support or design services?
Yes, we absolutely do! Depending on your specific requirements, we have two options to offer:
Custom Assistance: For graphic design projects, we provide tailored solutions and will send you a quote based on your project requirements.
Expert Industry Partners: Alternatively, if your needs align with specialised expertise, we can connect you with one of our trusted industry partners, all experts in their respective fields. This way, you’ll receive the best possible support for your project.
11. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be flexible. If you decide to cancel before we begin, we’ll provide a full refund of your 50% deposit for custom packages or the total amount for online packages. However, the initial amount paid signifies your commitment to kickstart the branding journey and helps us get things rolling. If we’ve already started work, 50% of the total amount remains with us, and your balance depends on the project’s progress at the time of cancellation. We’ll calculate it based on the work completed up to that point.
12. Can you accommodate rush projects or tight deadlines?
In our line of work, we dance with deadlines like pros. Still, it’s essential to understand that we’ve carefully planned our timelines to ensure creativity and perfection in shaping your ultimate brand.
